I brought four children AND my large assistant dog and the staff didn’t even question us it was wonderful they made us and my dog feel so welcome even bringing him a bowl of water. Delicious food and such a warm relaxed atmosphere so I didn’t even worry when my toddler had a brief meltdown. Much better than my local Henley branch. Well done Marlow and thanks so much! Food was good and hot

We arrived late by 5 mins due to traffic but still had to wait for our table with no apologies from the staff. When we eventually got our drinks, my gin and tonic came with 1 piece of ice and had flat tonic water - it looked like I'd ordered a glass of tap water. They did swap this for a better one with lemon, ice and a straw but still rather disappointing as I had to wait another 15 minutes for this. After the drinks, our food was lovely and we didn't leave anything on our plates. Lovely food, just a shame about lack of staff and resolving issues impolitely.
