Food was served very fast however the quality was poor. We would have rather waited longer for our food and it been to a better standard. Pizza was obviously rushed and had random lumps of sauce where it hadn't been spread properly and limited cheese so alot of the pizza was purely dough and sauce and garlic bread was burnt badly on some slices so couldn't be eaten.

Greeted promptly, although not totally happy with the position of the table, we were quickly offered a suitable alternative. Service was good with no feeling that we were kept waiting too long between courses. We enjoyed our lasagna and goats cheese ravioli and we agreed to share our sweet - sorbet and torte. Very nice, thank you!

Felt like we were being rushed along as staff packing furniture and cutlery as we ate, food wasn't that great either.

Good tasty food as always at Zizzi. The service is quick and efficient despite the restaurant being nearly full to capacity. Ful;l menu available and freshly cooked to perfection.

The food was great - a really good diverse menu catering for many tastes and preferences. My father is very fussy and doesn't like what he calls fancy food - he chose lasagne and he said it was the best lasagne he has ever eaten! Me ad my husband are paleo eaters and we usually find something very tasty and fresh to eat that complies with the paleo approach we have adopted. My mother in law had a greta spag bol which she enjoyed. The ambience isn't great - this could be improved - it's a very noisy place - I think the hard environment doesn't dampen any noise and it was a time of day when there were plenty of children in which always makes it worse! I'm not saying it's an unpleasant place to dine but I do think a clever redesign by a great interior designer cold make a huge difference for the better. The service was great - a really friendly and helpful waiter served us and couldn't have been better.

Positives: Friendly staff and prompt service. Negatives: Difficult to understand the staff. Very limited food and drink menu. Small portions.

Very nice atmosphere. However we were a party of six and ordered our dishes. Five of us had the starters brought within a reasonable time but there was one starter short. We waited a suitable time but it did not appear. We attracted the notice of the waitress and it had been forgotten. The dish was cooked and brought to us - but by this time us five had more or less eaten ours! Our main course was then brought which on the whole was very nice. Although my sons Calzone Carne Picante was very nice but not a lot of filling. We then received the dessert menu made our choices but after waiting so long decided against a dessert and finally asked for the bill.
