We've eaten at Zizzi a couple of times now. Service is friendly and efficient. Menu caters well for all tastes, including veggies. Food is high quality and seems freshly prepared and price is reasonable. Music not too loud so you can still talk.

Food was good as always but our waiter didn't crack a smile once. It was my daughters 4th birthday & I had noted that when I made the booking online. Double checked with him when we arrived that they were aware to which he said yes. Yet nothing was made of it at all - we had to request a candle in her dessert after it had turned up without one! Pretty disappointing really considering we eat here a lot.

Outstanding food, so a great job by the cooks. The only thing that would have improved the food for me, is that the calamari starter was cooked longer so it breadcrumbs were crispy. However the calzones were delicious and massive, in addition dessert were very nice. Also great service from the waitress, she was quick even though the restaurant was quite busy.

Noisy, as in most diners, on Sunday lunch, children. Music intrusive, prefer no music to allow conversation!
Food served on COLD plates, informed waiter.
Was quite cold even though v mild outside., possibly due to air conditioning & table below the daylight well.
Nice food. The kids like the drawing materials. Have been to Carluchios many times, now prefer Zizzis !

Food so average and expensive and service very slow as staff busy. The children, aged 10, 11 and 14 were perfectly happy but this is not a restaurant for adults, especially if you appreciate half decent food.
