Very efficient waitress who was very attentive. Bruschetta spoiled with far too much Parmesan. Husband said soup was lovely. Pizza great and vegan pasta excellent.

Nice Service this is just about the only chain restaurant I go to as I find them consistent both in terms of food and service.

Overall experience was very good. The portion sizes are quite big, and to be honest either don't have a starter or share a starter would be my advice. Pizza's were very tasty and cooked nicely. As usual the drinks in these places always bumped the bill up and it's annoying having to pay nearly £7 for a large glass of Pino, when you can buy a decent bottle for that !

Sadly we visited Zizis on a day when the restaurant was exceptionally quiet and the staff did not seem motivated in any way. Service was extremely slow and it appeared that as we didn't place an order for a large meal (there were five of us only wanting a very light lunch), it was almost too much trouble to serve us. Two skinny pizzas and two salads took an age to order and arrive. We then had to chase up coffees and the bill.
