Really excellent staff, welcoming and helpful. My choice of meal wasn't what I was expecting, but I ate it anyway!! Princes square is a fab location...and the tables outside have good views. If you like people watching, it's ideal!

Was a party of 8 on our Christmas shopping weekend which we also did last year when we had the best meal so had to come back and we were certainly not disappointed we all had different but there was only clean plates.

Desserts were pretty disappointing in size, especially for the price. The toilets were a riot. They need staff to monitor these throughout the day.

After ordering was advised my first choice was not available. So chose another dish whilst eating the Lasagne the middle was cold. They offered to give me another one I said just reheat.
Was advised by supervisor we could either have a dessert and coffee free of charge or a reduction in the bill.
When the bill arrived no discount was applied other than taste card 2 for 1. This was soon rectified and a reduction was made.
    Excellent service recovery

Friendly service. Food good overall, however lasagna a little overdone as has been the case on previous visits. Pleased with my experience overall and would be happy to recommend this restaurant to others.

Arrived 30 minutes early but staff seated us without any problem. Service and food was excellent, nothing seemed to be a problem. Would dine hear again.

First rate food; first rate service (plus friendly and helpful) - will definitely return.

Very good. Tasty nachos, good portiom. Pity the Brooklyn Beer was a small bottle, other drinks were large, no indication on the menu; that's the only small, constructive, criticism.
