Kids meal - on the face of it looked great value - £6.95 for a starter, main (pasta or pizza), dessert and mochachino (or similar?). We chose olives to start- fine, there were about 12 of them. Penne for main - not fine, it was in a massive bowl and couldn't have been more than about 15 pieces of pasta. I asked for garlic bread or chips as it wasn't going to be enough - they don't do chips, and garlic bread is the massive flat bread style. They kindly offered the other kids starter option of garlic bread (a 2inch tornado shaped piece of bread), cucumber and carrot sticks (I found this to be a strange combination?). Dessert was 2 scoops of icecream, cones and popping candy - she enjoyed this! No mocchachino was offered. My friend had lamb meatball pasta dish - she said it was delicious and it was also a large portion, piping hot. I had risotto pesce - really bland and not warm. It did have enough seafood but mainly squid. The risotto looked as if it was just risotto rice with the 'sauce' / flavouring on the top - there was a lot of white rice that was clumped together not coated as it should be with the flavours. It was also cold compared to the seafood. Desserts were Tiramasu and Salted Caramel Pudding with white chocolate - both were amazing. Service was great - staff were very friendly and efficient - just a pity my main and my daughters meal were below par.

Booked a table for some food before a gig on a Sunday. Princes Square is a nice venue and we chose to sit out-with the main dining area(veranda). Service and food were excellent. Would recommend to anyone and will return. Special praise to the waiter, who identified himself as the 'manager', as he was right on the ball.
