Excellent service and food. The sharing platter starter is perfect. We opted to share a pizza as they are large. Would highly recommend

The building housing Zizzi Central St Giles was designed by famous Italian architect Renzo Piano, and features a stunning ceramic tree inside. Diners can experience a true Italian piazza environment, with Tottenham Court Road’s theatres only a 3-minute walk away.
The Zizzi menu showcases a passion for simple, delicious Italian food, served with an inventive twist. Hand-stretched, thin and crispy rustica pizzas are loaded with inspiring toppings, while salads and pasta dishes feature fresh, seasonal ingredients. Complementing the menu’s rich flavours, the Zizzi wine list brings together a selective stock of international bottles, and inventive cocktails are also on offer.
Specially designed for younger diners, the bambini menu at Zizzi restaurant is filled with tempting Italian dishes. For dessert, opt for a trusty Italian classic like super-smooth gelato or tiramisu, or an inventive seasonal special.
Zizzi at Central St Giles in London offers contemporary Italian cuisine and weekly live music. A vibrant atmosphere couples a faithfully recreated Italian setting.

We were very disappointed by our meal this time.
The wait time for placing an order was long. Some drinks needed to be asked for more than once.
The restaurant appeared to be short staffed but in conversation with our waiter this was the allocated staffing. The company were cutting back apparently.
The food was cold when it arrived to the table and also took longer to arrive than we are used to.
We have dined at this restaurant on a number of previous occasions and also at many other zizzi with no issues.

Usually love Zizzi but it was clear on this occasion they were very short staffed. It took s long time for our order to be taken and I had to keep asking how long it would take, we had theatre tickets so couldn’t hang around, tables hadn’t been cleared so restaurant loked dirty. Would not ha e been happy to pay full price but we had a tastecard.

Zizzi was very busy but the service was excellent with friendly, efficient waiters who brought our meals quickly. The dishes were delicious. I would definitely go there again.

It took us a bit of time to find the theatre and the restaurant, but they were next door to each other which was excellent. The drinks menu had some unusual choices which was nice. We had booked through taste card and were shown to a table. Service was quick and absolutely excellent with special attention to my dinner date who is allergic to nuts. He (Maciej) could not have been more careful. The ambience is trendy rather than romantic.

I have used other Zizzi restaurants and have always had a good meal with good service. This was the first time I've used the Central St Giles Zizzi and all 4 of us were disappointed. The service was very slow even though the restaurant was only half full, the waiter was not attentive and the food was very disappointing. We will not be returning to this Zizzi restaurant.

Food was good, freshly prepared and cooked. Disappointing that there was no ravioli or cheesecake, but enjoyed the second choice.

Have dined here a few times before and although It's never been wonderful this time was a whole new level of awful. It took a long time to order, the food took over half an hour to arrive, when it did the starters were missing, mains served separately and my main was stone cold, when I pointed this out I was told i had been given the wrong one and was promptly served another which was slightly warmer and about a third of the size. The starters arrived shortly after we finished our mains and the bill didn't take too long to arrive and be paid despite the waiter trying everything he could to avoid making eye contact. At least tastecard made it cheap!
