Good food very bad service. It took 2.5 hours for mains as they had forgotten to process the order. Rude uninterested staff. Waited 15 mins to be seated at a prebooked table.

We were very disappointed by our meal this time. The wait time for placing an order was long. Some drinks needed to be asked for more than once. The restaurant appeared to be short staffed but in conversation with our waiter this was the allocated staffing. The company were cutting back apparently. The food was cold when it arrived to the table and also took longer to arrive than we are used to. We have dined at this restaurant on a number of previous occasions and also at many other zizzi with no issues.

Usually love Zizzi but it was clear on this occasion they were very short staffed. It took s long time for our order to be taken and I had to keep asking how long it would take, we had theatre tickets so couldn’t hang around, tables hadn’t been cleared so restaurant loked dirty. Would not ha e been happy to pay full price but we had a tastecard.

Zizzi was very busy but the service was excellent with friendly, efficient waiters who brought our meals quickly. The dishes were delicious. I would definitely go there again.

It took us a bit of time to find the theatre and the restaurant, but they were next door to each other which was excellent. The drinks menu had some unusual choices which was nice. We had booked through taste card and were shown to a table. Service was quick and absolutely excellent with special attention to my dinner date who is allergic to nuts. He (Maciej) could not have been more careful. The ambience is trendy rather than romantic.

I have used other Zizzi restaurants and have always had a good meal with good service. This was the first time I've used the Central St Giles Zizzi and all 4 of us were disappointed. The service was very slow even though the restaurant was only half full, the waiter was not attentive and the food was very disappointing. We will not be returning to this Zizzi restaurant.

Food was good, freshly prepared and cooked. Disappointing that there was no ravioli or cheesecake, but enjoyed the second choice.
