Really poor service. Other tables received attentive waiter service but as a single person I was ignored. In 2 hours I was at no point served without asking for something. Walls and floor and service areas dirty. Food was good though!

Food was very good. Booked a table in the window for 21st birthday but on
arrival nothing had been prepared so very disappointing

Very slow service, a chicken dish that looked as white as fish and tasted like rubber, and an extreme level of noise make this a restaurant not to be recommended.

I think my first clue this wasn't going to be the best dining experience was that no one would pick up the phone whenever I tried to book, so I booked online, which was easy and it did work.
The service was incredibly slow, and usually you expect to have a drink order taken straight away, but this was taken with the food after waiting about 20mins. We had diners with coeliac's and dairy free requirements which I had put on the booking info just in case but the pasta option was extremely limited and one of the menu options that was chosen prior to going also wasn't available. The gluten free pasta adult portion was very small and swimming in olive oil, we did mention this and the charge (£7!!) was kindly removed from the bill. The other meals were ok, but generally small when compared to other restaurants that serve similar food at a similar price, except for the pizza which seemed very good.
We had to leave before desert (the children's deserts were already paid for so this was a real disappointment) because the service was so slow that the children were becoming very restless. All in all 2hours to be served main courses and children's starters is unacceptable and I won't be dining here again.

We had a lovely meal last night at Zizzi in Cambridge. Despite it being quite busy and most tables were taken, the staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. The food was very tasty. (We had the 3 course set menu). Excellent value and the atmosphere was welcoming. Would definitely visit again.

great pizzas, would be nice to have the option of ordering smaller pizzas & desserts so that we can try more things!

The food was nice but the place needed a good clean the restaurant was passable but the toilet needed some attention the toilet flushes were broken and didn't flush probably the hand soaps where empty and this was at lunch time the restaurant wasn't busy. It just seemed like it needed someone taking it in hand and just giving it a good clean and tidy up. The salad seemed old and not fresh which was a shame.
I wouldn't go back in a hurry to be honest.
Which is a real shame.

Seabass dish was beautiful. A bit pricey though but worth it.
