First visit to restaurant for my birthday meal we booked a table for 6.30pm, was a good time to go as restaurant was not too full but still had nice atmosphere. Our waiter was very polite and friendly gave an excellent service.Food was fantastic could not fault it at all. Would definately recommend the garlic bread with cheese and caramalised onion, the chicken breast wrapped in ham and the chocolate melt for dessert. We had a thoroughly enoyable evening and will definately be dining there again.

slow service, did not have what was on menu so offered alternative and didn't have that either.Tiramisu was still frozen Our group spent over £500 and no-one came to ask if meals were ok and no-one came to say thank you or good bye after we'd paid and were leaving paid a £46 service charge which should have been wavered

This was a pre-theatre meal so limited time but the service was great, no waiting for the food, pleasant staff and the food was excellent. Considering Zizzi's is a chain of restaurants, I have never been disappointed with a meal wherever I have eaten.

Zizzi is a great place to eat. The menu offers a good selection of pastas and pizzas...all things Italian but at a reasonable price. The food is amazing...I tried the new ice cream menu and the latte ice cream was to die for. The atmosphere is warm but the layout is such that you can be cosy with a partner or feel exclusive as a large group. We just love it and are regulars.

Excellent food and nice to see a restaurant that's not shy on content! The seafood risotto was packed with large juicy king prawns and tatsed superb. We were in a party of 11 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
