My friends and I had a very good experience at Zizzis. The waiter that we had was very efficent and courteous throughout the evening. The food was very good too.

I do like Zizzi and visit frequently but the refurb of the Bromley restaurant has left it with very bright lighting and I feel it spoils the ambience. It was more cosy and intimate before. The salad we had with our pasta was uninspiring, a few lettuce leaves, cucumber and tomato with no offer of dressing (we had oil on the table but no vinegar. We probably should have asked for some). My friend sent her Americano coffee back. It looked like mud and she said it was tasteless. We do not like the new policy of serving coffees in glasses. The pasta was good and so were the desserts. The waiter gave my firiend a different cioffee at no extra chjarge. The meal was good value ebcause of the 25% off food offer.
