In the heart of lively Manchester, bustling Zinc Bar and Grill offers a selection of British favourites and speciality grills. An in-house butcher cuts each joint of meat, including exquisite beef, carefully sourced and matured for a minimum of 28 days.

As well as the delectable steaks, chargrilled over wood-burning grills, the extensive Zinc menu features daily-delivered fresh fish and succulent lamb cutlets with Cornish potatoes and classic mint sauce. An exotic Malayan chicken is served at Zinc restaurant with soft sweet potato and refreshing coconut and lime, while favourite desserts include the mandarin cheesecake with a zesty blood orange sorbet.

If cheesecake isn’t for you, try the Manchester restaurant’s stunning daily-baked macaroons, with a dessert cocktail or wine accompaniment. Subtle lighting makes the zinc bar stand out, while leather-covered chairs and contemporary style blend in to a chic background.

Manchester Victoria Rail Station is a 4-minute walk from Zinc Bar and Grill in The Printworks. The striking Manchester Cathedral is 3 minutes away.

Excellent & caring service; my wife is a vegetarian and also has a gluten free diet. All of this was meat & drink to Zinc & she had an excellent meal of Asparagus & then a risotto. I had the aparagus too and salmon fish cakes. The third member of the party had soup and pork - all finished off with sorbet and/or ice cream.

Food good, mojito not so good and felt rushed when after an hour we were asked to vacate table for next clients.

Very freindly staff, but service a little slow. I had Rib Eye which was delicious but the chips were burnt! They also forgot my coffee and by the time it arrived it had gone cold :o(

I dine here a few times a year and love the place - it's a good location to take a break from shopping and also for later in the evening if you're going to the MEN. The food and service is always excellent.

Great atmosphere- relaxed and casual with a mix of shoppers and people dressed up for a night out, neither of which looked out of place. Staff are really attentive and helpful but not overbearing and seem genuinely interested in talking to you. Food was wonderful as always, the the Thai fishcakes with coconut and lime sauce stealing the show for me. Good wine and champers selection by the bottle and glass. Perfect all round venue.

Only getting 2 duck spring rolls is a bit stingy but the pulled pork sandwich was gorgeous. Service excellent
