Ziaboga is divided into three clearly differentiated areas. The bar, located in the entrance, offers a daily selection of pintxo tapas, prepared to order. Upstairs diners will find an authentic Basque cider house, or sidrería, ideal for informal tapas, with four tables and banquettes with a capacity to seat 24 people – great for dining with friends or colleagues while enjoying cider served from authentic Basque barrels. On the same floor on the left hand side is the restaurant with seating for 30. The restaurant menu features a special section for fish dishes, traditionally prepared and full of flavour, including hake with hake cheeks in salsa verde, fried cod with Basque piperrada ratatouille or grilled squid. The restaurant also offers a weekly menu and the Sidrería menu, which are both available at lunchtimes and evenings from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday lunchtimes, and include free water, beer or cider. The wine list is full of Spanish classics and – unusually – the restaurant also allows clients to bring their own at no additional cost. Ziaboga is known for its excellent quality and value for money, where the aim is to eat well under the guiding eye of chef Ramón Castellano from Galicia and knowledgeable front of house manager Floren Hernández.
