The food was excellent best Chinese I have ever tasted but the tables were very close together making it difficult to have a conversation. The noise level overall was unacceptable especially for someone with hearing problems. Service excellent

Underwhelmed. Sat upstairs which was quite noisy and the seats were low making it uncomfortable to sit and stretch your legs
We tried a selection of dim sum which was disappointing; Over cooked and the dough was a bit too thick.
Service was good.
Not in a rush to return.

Food delicious and staff friendly but service was slow and we had to leave without dessert.

The food and cocktails were amazing. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working and the day I went it was 33 degrees Celsius, so we were all sweating. It would've been good if they let us know beforehand so we had the option to dine there another time, as it really too hot.

Went for a set menu, good portions but some dim sum lacked flavour. We were the last lunch time seating and service was very slow and had to keep searching for people to serve us by the end. It was a warm day but no fans placed upon clients until we asked but huge fan was at the entrance of the door hitting reception staff.
Expressed poor service to front staff as leaving and no apology.
Had been to the restaurant 5 years ago and had a good experience but not this time.
Will not be going back.

But quality of main courses used to be much better

Very disappointing food. We had tried the Yautcha in Mumbai before and really enjoyed the menu and experience.
However, the London branch food was very average. Ping Pong is much more superior in terms of taste.
Saving grace was the dessert which was very nice
