I booked a table for four for 20.00 we arrived 1 minute late and were pointed in direction of our reserved table which was by the window overlooking the sea and sun set.
Nobody had arrived by 20.10 nobody to take a drinks order so I went to the bar and was informed somebody would be there shortly. At 20.20 nobody had arrived so another guest went to the bar and eventually they served us drinks there. at 20.30 a waiter arrived to take our order and we ordered our starters from normal menu which arrived in a reasonable time. My starter was bacon which to be truthful there was not enough bacon on there to fill an egg cup but all the other guests were happy with theirs, which were prawn cocktail and breaded mushrooms. For main course we all ordered Rib-eye steaks from the special menu which again arrived in timely fashion but after the guest had started eating, it was found that the steaks that were given to the guests were not cooked to what was ordered but by then it was too late to change. The sweets came and my wife ordered Tia- Maria coffee, but when it arrived it was luke- warm, and there was no staff in view to ask for a replacement, in fact we saw no staff in restaurant for over 10 minutes and by then we needed to return to our hotel as it was getting very late. when staff reappeared we requested the bill which was settled as it was so late without really checking paid by cash and we left. The following day it dawned on us that as we ordered off the specials menus it was buy one get second free which we are sure we did not get, but that is our fault for not checking the bill. would I book again - probably because the majority of the food was good. The staff need to be more customer focused on service levels. customers should have their drinks taken within 5- 6 minutes of being seated, and the correct food order should go to correct customer.

The restaurant is lovely, warm and welcoming with friendly staff. Service was excellent and food good and hot. A very pleasant experience and will certainly go again.

It was my wife's 40th birthday on the 15th of may. Having dined at your restaurant before and had good service we decided to go back. We were very pleased with the service especially the young blond lady who took the order. She was friendly polite and prompt. The meal was hot , Both myself and my son had the cowboy burger and i struggled to finish it due to the amount on the plate. My wife had the veggie lasagne and my mother had the beef alternative . The sweets were to die for esp the chocca mocca . The portions and good presentation. I wouldn't hesitate to come there again.

    Steak meal not so good.
    Dinner slow in getting served!

I have been here several times but sadly it gets worse every time . My partner and I ordered Sunday Lunch (Beef) this consisted of two curled up slices of beef ( obviously warmed in a microwave ) a large Yorkshire pudding which was more like a crisp it was so hard . Roast and boiled potatoes , stuffing , peas, carrots and cabbage . My partner asked for just peas as he doesn't like other veg . They then omitted the stuffing ball and roast potatoes too . On this occasion we decided not to have dessert . The restaurant was quite busy so it was not the time to complain . Out of 10 I would give it a rating of 3

Tasty, excellent value with 2 for 1 offer on main courses & good service.
Only criticism was staff starting to vacuum one restaurant area where diners were still sitting, surely unnecessary, it was only about 9.30pm.
