We were pretty disappointed as we had booked in advance for 10 and then amended it to 13 people for brunch following a wedding and we made it clear that it was for a group from out of town. The kitchen clearly couldn't handle a group that size but instead of telling us this or bringing food out in batches they left us til all other groups had been fed meaning we waited over an hour. Then when it did come out half the baked eggs were cold or overcooked because they didn't have enough elements. Servers didn't give us the choice or keep us updated and we had to chase for updates 3-4 times. We had people getting trains who ended up running late because we ate so late. A friend who arrived after us and ordered later got his meal 20mins before. When I complained they knocked off the service and some drinks but it was still pretty overpriced for very average brunch in an area which has a lot of good options.

Nice atmosphere. Nice staff. Coffee really excellent. The food at lunch was really poor. I've eaten here before & it was good so I don't know what happened. But neither of us enjoyed our meal.

Great experience, friendly service and tasty food- there is a good vibe there. I was there for a breakfast meeting and the upstairs restaurant was perfect for it!

Food was good. Coffee, surprisingly, was quite poor. We ordered two cappuccinos and a flat white. All were sour.

We went on Friday morning as the first part or a big birthday surprise day for my partner. As always, amazing! Considering it's a coffee speciality house, it was actually the orange juice that we ended up raving about for the rest of day, it was perfection. Coffee was delicious as you would expect, and I had the baked eggs, they were fantastic though I would have enjoyed a runnier yolk. All in all, perfect start to the day, (and god knows we needed a good pick-me-up after the referendum vote was announced)!
