Danyelle van Thoor and Kasper Stuart launched Wok A Way in Antwerp on 3 May 1999. There was a need for a healthy, alternative and quick-service restaurant, where people could get a good, somewhat unusual, freshly prepared meal at an honest price. The Wok A Way concept, which lies somewhere between a classical and a fast-food restaurant, was created by Kasper Stuart in May 1999. Together with Danyelle van Thoor, he was resposible for the establishment and expansion of Wok A Way. Throughout each day, Wok A Way is one of the best places to enjoy the taste of sushi, dim sum and wok meals. At the same time, all of the meals on the menu can also be taken along in 'American-style' carton packaging.
