We both had standard carvery. Excellent quality and portions. Chef was very helpful and friendly. As we're all other staff. Warm welcome. This has been our third visit in the lady 6 weeks. We will be regulars from now on and will recommend to our friends snd family

Better service and food than our last visit. Food was better (hot and fresh) and staff were more pleasant and attentive. I felt in the past couple of visits that the standards were slipping but decided to try it one more time and was pleasantly surprised. Keep it up.

on arrival we were met with a warm smile shown to our table she then quickly told us how to get your food as we don't dine out a lot and this confused us plus she was eating something , the bar staff were nice and explained the set up better as there was five in our group I had to ask one of my guest if he could take some of the orders there was no way I would have remembered all orders (note pad and pen may have been handy) no starter or desert was ordered for that reason , the waiting staff were so nice and polite and you got the feeling they enjoyed their job and wanted you to have a nice meal
