The Vivir el Vino restaurant is an opportunity to taste, discover and enjoy the world of wine as well as the restaurant's high quality cuisine. The culinary driving force behind the project is Pepe Rodríguez, who brings the prestige of his Michelin star won by his restaurant El Bohío de Illescas. The restaurant, as its name would suggest, offers the possibility of trying a different wine every day of the year thanks to a wine list with 365 different wines, which are chosen by the Group's tasting committee once a year for the Vivir el Vino guide book. The dynamic food menu however, varies throughout the year. There is also a bar where clients can enjoy wine by the glass with prices more typical of a specialist wine merchant rather than a restaurant.
