Best way to find out about reviews I find is read the worst and best and u get a good read on what it's really like.Dined 7.30pm with friends.1.It's so loud that it sounds like a call centre hum In The air constantly. Not at all pleasant mainly cos it's one big open dining area-minor gripe ok?!depends on the person I suppose.2.Service- Absolutely horrific!!The waitress was Asian which you expect but no one and I mean no one could understand this girl who was trying explain the 'set menu' in English and failed miserably. She simply couldn't cope with the Table of 20+ people and started to crack and started to get snotty about us niceley asking for a coke(for the 3rd time). The whole restaurant staff were putting out fires left and right when you looked around.Sooooo amazingly bad at organisation on the floor ,quite astounding to watch but not nice to be on the receiving end of.Food-well that's tricky cos I don't know what I ate.All the food came out and was just put in front of you and we all played musical plates guessing which food was what "is this Thai oh, I have your curry!"Shocking. The waitress was just taking plates from people moving to other areas of the table. In the end I ate 3 dollops of spinach king prawn curry and nan bread cos there was nothing available and I wasn't sharing with greedy people. Some dishes just never came out in the end so some people split what they had with their girlfriend etc, my girlfriend has 2 lumps of chicken two forks of rice and nan bread. They also crammed 22 people into an area meant for s16-20 tops ..ridiculousAt the end of the meal which turned out be [$] They were all over us trying to get us paid and out of the tables they obviously needed very pushy and frankly rude.In the end we refused to pay the service charge cos it was so bad a restuarant. The all round experience was shockingly bad.Good wallpaper, not even good food make a great dining experience(didn't really eat anything at dinner had 2.5 glasses of wine and paid [$] a couple).you can eat at San Carlo or Fujiyama f

We dined at 7pm which was good as it soon got busy. Service was excellent as was the food albeit rather expensive but enjoyed the whole evening. Wasn't too sure when we arrived in the car park so don't let that put you off. All the staff were very friendly. Bar staff didn't know what a gin fizz was; maybe they could find out for next time. Overall an anjoyable experience
