Terrible service. Despite arriving on time and being sat down immediately, after over 40 minutes we were still waiting for anyone to come and take an order. I realise there were some other customers, but it was far from packed. As such, we were so fed up with waiting for any attention from waiting staff and due to hunger, we decided to leave and take the business elsewhere. Such a shame. Therefore, couldn’t even comment on the food itself!

We went for my birthday but we're really disappointed. We had pre-booked but when we arrived at the restaurant we were sat next to the open door with apologies that there wasn't room for us elsewhere. There were at least four other tables available inside and only one of them became occupied the whole time we were there. It was a chilly couple of hours! The food wasn't that great. There were two of us - one main (chicken carbonara) was tasty but the other (steak) wasn't nice. The peppercorn sauce had a film on it so it had obviously been sitting there for a while. We had garlic bread but it actually wasn't edible, only half of it was cooked and the other half just dough. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend it to others and won't be returning ourselves.

Easy to book. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all. My lasagne had very little meat in it and my husband's ribs were overcooked!

Dirty, poor service! We had a table booked for 1 pm for 6. Finally at 2.30 pm two members of the party had their food served. After they had finished at 2.45 pm, 3 others had their food served and finally after everyone had finished and two hours after ordering at 3 pm the final member of our party had their food served!!!

The food was good, seafood linguini was excellent, however, only 2 of our 3 starters were brought out and we had to ask a waiter where the 3rd one was and then had to wait for it to be cooked so was more than 20 min after the first 2 starters came out. This delay was not reflected in our bill

Food was good when it eventually came but we waited 45 minutes and then we had ordered cheesy garlic bread as a starter and it came out with our main meals . Waiter was very chatty
