The dining room is nicely designed and quite personal, the staff were excellent and incredibly polite and attentive. We ordered the 8 course tasting Menu which i have to say was divine, the Sea Bass and the Fois Gras were amazing and overall all of the food was wonderful

A wonderful welcome followed by drinks and hors d'oeuvre. .Our sunday lunch to follow was delicious especially the vegetables. A perfect pud rounded it all off. We shall come again .

I've eaten at Tyddyn Llan many times and Saturday evening was a reminder why that is. Particular highlights were heavenly broad bean soup (how does Bryan make such great soup? We once had watercress soup that was equally fab) and a chicken leg that had immense flavour. Superb!

Service was very poor. We got our food served consistently to the wrong diner. They must be understaffed and put an inexperienced server to our table. Otherwise it was a good experience and good value. Food was good But at a restaurant of this caliber please do not put inexperienced servers

The place was amazing, very well decorated and maintained with beautifull gardens and of course it is in a beautiful part of the country. The nibbles served before being seated were delicious and melt in the mouth. The freshly made bread and first and second courses were all delicious. The only slight let down was the dessert which wasn't the same standard as the other courses. We shared the strawberry mille feuille and there was very little cream in it and the cream was too liquid. We had also wanted to eat dessert on one of the outside tables as we were lucky enough to be there on a beautiful sunny day but were told it was not possible despite there being plenty of empy tables.
