Came with my friend for Friday lunch - a step back in time to a lovely location, relaxing surroundings, wonderful food and excellent friendly and attentive service. Will definitely come again.

Lovely location and friendly staff. The six course tasting menu was ok but the portion sizes were a little large and some of the dishes were not well executed. The vegetables with the lamb were over cooked and tasteless, the sauce was thin. The desserts did not quite work. Overall it did not compare well to other Michelin starred restaurants I have been to. Would not recommend.
