Booked for afternoon tea seated in dining area that was packed to me vthe rafters with elderly people eating boiled beef and carrots! They have a nice conservatory area but chose to sit us at the rear of this restaurant then followed by two groups of noisey travelling salesmen! Tea and sandwiches and cakes were fine but seating and ambience awful! You would have been better getting a donut and a coffee from Greg's and eating it in your car! Won't be going back in a hurry

A very enjoyable afternoon tea. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be returning

Had afternoon tea for 2 people. I cannot eat butter/margarine this was catered for no problem. Staff very polite, attentive. From a personal point of view I would have probably preferred more sandwiches and not 2 layers of cakes though my friend was more than happy so not really a negative.

We came for Afternoon tea. The reception was very good as some of the party was late and we had extra people. We weren't rushed nor were we penalised for being late. We got shown to a beautiful room which was laid out nicely, and they accommodated us when we asked for a highchair. They were a bit slow with the serving but it was a lovely experience.

I took my friends to a pre-Christmas lunch at the Tudors Restaurant at Marygreen Manor Hotel and we all had a very nice time indeed. We opted for the lunch specials and after a lovely meal we had our coffees and mince pies in the sitting room by the fire place which was very cosy too. I would definitely recommend this lovely restaurant.

Had afternoon tea, disappointed with the cake selection that included Xmas fruit cake ( can get this at home), the eclairs very badly executed with the pink/ red icing looking as if had been thrown on and not really enough sandwiches. Tea selection was good but the china was heavy white canteen type.
