We had the set pre-theatre meal. The sea bream replacement for the pollack was very good. The single chuck meatball lacked taste and insufficient. £11 for two portions of chips was a bit steep.

Good food and ambience- ideal for a meal between Harry Potter performances!

The staff were very lovely. Food was great, cheeky cocktail at the end was delicious and that made my birthday fantastic

Three of us had lunch from the a la carte menu. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We liked the set-up and atmosphere of Tredwells. However, overall we were disappointed with the food. The crab and raviolo starters were excellent, as were the monkfish and lamb mains. The 'music' bread was bizarre as a starter on its own and the steak main was cooked and presented beautifully but was served lukewarm. The peanut butter pudding tasted of peanut butter, but that's about the only compliment that could be given, while the accompanying chocolate sorbet seemed to just be almost frozen chocolate ganache. Excited expectation turned into a big mistake, and from someone who loves peanut butter and ganache! So, what with West End prices, rather disappointing.

Had the most fabulous meal. The flavours and food combinations make you want to return to try out the other dishes. And all from a set menu topped off by a dessert cocktail! Ambience was great and the waitress was excellent. Our party of four all left very happy.

The experience was overall ok. I had the pork as my main course and it was tough and grisly. When I complained an alternative was offered but I asked not to be charged which compromised the offer. It was very disappointing.
