From award-winning celebrity chef Tom Aikens, Tom’s Kitchen Canary Wharf serves British favourites and comfort food classics in a relaxed atmosphere. A stone’s throw from the water, a heated terrace provides a tranquil spot for al fresco drinking and dining.

The Tom’s Kitchen menu sees timeless classics like beer-battered fish and chips joined by dishes such as roast fillet of sea bream with braised chicory and a heritage tomato salad, and breast of duck with a shiitake mushroom risotto. From the grill come juicy burgers and steaks served with triple-cooked chips, whilst vegetarian dishes include a courgette dukkha, fennel and turmeric salad, and a curried carrot risotto with fermented carrots. For dessert, the menu includes raspberry millefeuille with raspberry sorbet, as well as an indulgent chocolate & peanut butter marquise.

Brunch at Tom’s Kitchen features gourmet twists, with signature dishes including seasonal berry pancakes, truffle eggs Benedict or Tom’s namesake full English. A varied kids’ menu is also on offer, served at breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Wooden floors, leather booth seating and chic lighting make for an informal but contemporary setting. From the Tom's Kitchen bar, find an enticing range of wines and craft beers, as well as signature cocktails and 16 varieties of gin.

Tom’s Kitchen London sits in a prime spot in the Docklands. Canary Wharf Tube Station is a 5-minute walk away.

Tom’s Kitchen Canary Wharf also offers a range of areas that are available for private and semi-private hire, in addition to exclusive hire of the restaurant, bar and deli.

Really enjoyed this meal at Tom's Kitchen - Canary Wharf is quieter on weekends so this was lovely to be able to have a conversation in a relaxed environment. The staff were friendly but not overly officious. The food was outstanding, would recommend the chicken schnitzel and the chocolate and peanut butter mousse dessert was out of this world, wow!! Thank you very much for such a lovely meal and evening.

I like the restaurant decor. The layout is a little funny in that you have to go down a little side way through a cafe section to get to the restaurant section.
I was really looking forward to my breakfast here knowing the calibre of the Michelin starred chef owner. I ordered eggs royale, which I have had in many restaurants, and I can say it was better in those restaurants.
The first staff member who took my order didn’t understand when I asked if it was served on toast. I tried to explain by giving a number of things it might be served on and when I said “muffins”, she said “ah, yes, muffins”.
I was left a little confused as I would have liked them on toast but that didn’t seem to be an option (although I saw other people get eggs on toast).
Then when it arrived I ate the first egg. I could not finish it though as it was cold. The muffin was cold and quite doughy and I think the sauce (of which there was too much for my taste) was cold which cooled down the egg.
I don’t generally complain about anything, but I couldn’t have eaten the rest of my breakfast cold so I asked could the other egg and muffin be heated a little as they were cold. The South African staff member who assisted in this was much better in dealing with this. He may have been a manager.
The chefs re-made the dish so it came back with 2 eggs again. I could not have eaten 2 more but appreciate the fact they re-made it fresh. It was a much better temperature this time and the muffin was better toasted and therefore less stodgy.
My carrot, apple and ginger juice was lovely,as was my flat white.
I would return again to see if this was just a once off issue as I would hope with such a name behind it, higher standards would be the norm and this was the exception.

Was 'all-right-ish', not outstanding food or service, for the price: very limited wines choice.

Service wasn’t great, waited 45mins before even being offered a drink when we first got in there. Then waited another 45mins for food. We were in there nearly 3hours for a three course meal. Food was ok - not the best I’ve had for the money paid. Prob won’t go back to a Tom’s kitchen

This restaurant has some very serious issues. We waited 30mins for our drinks. We waited over an hour for our food. With a smallish brunch set menu this is really not good. The service was appalling. When the food did arrive my husbands meal was minus 2 major ingredients of clams & mussels - this was sent back. The food was not cooked very well at all. If you are going to charge London prices you have to produce top quality food. I have not had such a bad experience in many many years. I would not go back.
