Restaurant was really busy but staff kept everything moving quickly at the carvery station. Our waitress was great too and front of house staff. Food was delicious.

Really good and easy to use even for someone who is not that good with computers.

Our food was great and everyone enjoyed their meal but our main complaint was with our waitress.

Although her intention was to be friendly, she was far too familiar and very slang. The volume of her voice was almost at shouting level. Although the restaurant was busy she did not need to shout to be heard. It was really bad. Everyone at our table (15 people) commented on it. Her manner was very unprofessional. This is not uncommon with watressing staff in this branch. I've experienced it before. Management really do need to address this. Although we enjoyed our food and the overall restaurant was good, we felt the way the certain staff addressed customers falls way below the standards expected.

Basic training in customer service needs to be delivered. 'Wit yies huvin?' and 'Ur yies awright?' shouted at us is not the way to address customers.

Really friendly staff. Seated immediately. Made sure we were ok, but didn’t intrude. Food was lovely. Excellent selection.

The restaurant is well appointed and the serving staff were very friendly. However, the man that greeted us did not smile and was generally unfriendly. We were given a table for 2 in a corner, where it was difficult to get into your seat and the lighting was poor.

The food was good, but the portion of beef that I was given at the carvery was inadequate, especially for the price.
