Awful experience! We had booked but were kept waiting for about 20 minutes before being shown to our table. We ordered prawn cocktails after waiting waitress informed us they had no lettuce, the only other choice was tomato soup, so we had prawn cocktails & asked for some bread & butter to accompany them. We had previously bought drinks & mine was half full when we went to get our carvery meal, plates were barely warm, unusual as they are normally quite hot. As we were eating our dinners I noticed that when they had cleared away the starters they had also taken my drink!! The waitress did offer to replace it but after a disappointing meal I just wanted to leave. They also managed to muddle up the bill as the waitress had mixed our table number up with another! So, all in all not a good experience & we certainly won’t be returning!
