Staff very friendly, food good but I thought the portions of meat very poor at £10 I would expect a good portion not wafer thin three small slices. Spread over the plate to look more. Let down when asked for a little more told pay a £1.75 extra I was not happy. I do appreciate meat is the most expensive part of meal but pork the cheapest meat on the market.

It was a typical Toby carvery. The meat was all nicely cooked and tender. The vegetables were a little over cooked for me but they always are at a carvery. There was plenty of everything. We had one vegetarian in our group and the vegetarian choice was excellent.

Really nice not to busy lots of fresh vegetables portions of meat a bit mean very thin small portions even for the children ,we ordered the starters 3for£5 which were very nice but no side plates for sharing ended up being very messy !!! Would give 5 stars if the meat portions were a bit more generous (I'm not a big meat eater but not enough for me or the children ) and side plates for the starters .
