Had a lovely carvery with a good range of vegetables and so forth. The only downside was the meat portion as that was terrible, the smallest I’ve seen at any carvery in the local area.

Turkey far too thin slice, pork chewy. Vegetables did not look fresh and not enough choice. We chose Apple sundae but the apple pieces were so chewy we could not eat them. Not the usual standard. Good service from the waiter.

Servings of meat getting smaller; restaurant getting very tired in terms of decour and crowded. Unlikely to return as other restaurants are offering better meals at a similar cost. Time to buck your ideas up Toby, you're getting complacent!

Meat very disappointing cut very thinly and scrappy bits given - no taste - we used to go and get an average portion apparently you have to pay more now . Carrots cold just not a good experience we used to love going to Toby will not be going back as it has gone down. Noisy and crowded too.

It was very busy, we were crammed into a tiny booth and totally ignored by the waitress. We had to ask for our cutlery and get drinks from the bar. Not at all relaxing, in fact quite a stressful and expensive experience.

Enjoyed the meal very nice lovely meat and good choice of vegetables which were very nice. We were served quite quickly, but we had to call over the waitress who was setting up an empty table, she had not cleared our plates away or asked us if we wanted a desert, we had been sitting there quite a while before we called her over to order desert, after we ordered we did get it quite quickly, the Restaurant was fairly busy but she was very slow clearing tables.
