Restaurant description

Serving traditional roast dinners with all the trimmings, Toby Carvery Kings Norton is a stone's throw from picturesque Kings Norton Park, and also has covered al fresco seating, perfect for families to enjoy sunny days.

You're guaranteed a great British classic at Toby Carvery, the self-professed ‘home of the roast’. Choose from juicy, slow-cooked meats (including lamb every Sunday), seasonal vegetables and hand-ruffled potatoes - with each one checked to make sure it's gorgeously crispy.

Toby Carvery has a great range of vegan and vegetarian options to suit the whole family, with vegetables on the carvery deck served with a vegan glaze - no need to wait for new vegetables! All-you-can-eat breakfast is served daily and their extensive drinks range includes soft drinks, refillable Pepsi Max, beers, ciders and a wine list to pair with the perfect roast.

Ideally located for days out in the nearby park, Toby Carvery Kings Norton is 4 minutes' walk from Kings Norton Rail Station.

We went to the Toby Carvery and were placed near a table that was adjacent to the entrance hallway which meant we were freezing and people kept leaving the door open. Toby Carvery need to install another set of doors to stop cold air leaving

Good meal. Would have liked more green vegetables and less root vegetables. Nice staff. It was for a birthday not Christmas despite going on Christmas eve.

First time at a Toby, found it to be good experience, the staff were extremely helpful, and the food was good and plentiful, did have a problem that the food wasn't very warm, and was served on cold plates.

Good honest food as always, very nice and chatty waitress. It is "child-friendly" so pick your times if you want peace and quiet!
