Even though a seasonally hectic time of year we didn't feel rushed. The food was good - as usual - but I still miss the old Toby roasted potatoes. Healthy be blowed I'd like to indulge occasionally!

A stone-built pub with a classically comfy feel inside, Toby Carvery Horsforth is moments from the green spaces of Horsforth Hall Park. A selection of traditional British recipes are served, led by a popular carvery-style range of roast dinners.

Featuring classic British roasts every day of the week, the Toby Carvery menu is renowned for its crowd-pleasing selection. Choose from juicy, slow-cooked meats, seasonal vegetables and hand-ruffled potatoes (with each one checked to make sure it’s gorgeously crispy). Tempting alternatives at this Toby Carvery in Horsforth include allotment pie, and salmon with coriander and lime, while a varied vegetarian range includes the broccoli & brie parcel.

Old-school puddings are always on offer at Toby Carvery pubs, with famous signature crumbles served alongside chocolate & cherry torte, and baked vanilla cheesecake. The drinks list features beers, ciders, wines and soft drinks, and full-works, all-you-can-eat breakfasts are served each day.

Also serving dedicated menus for kids, Toby Carvery Horsforth is a 5-minute drive from Horsforth Rail Station.

    The pub/restaurant was very nice.
The food was also very good and excellent value for money, except the terrine that one of my friends had as a starter came with a slice of white bread which she had to ask to have toasted. The other three starters, 2 lamb koftas and 1 chicken wings, were all served in small ramekins which were not on a plate and were all placed in front of my wife.
The staff offered no greetings or instructions to us at any time as to when and how to collect our carvery meals, they seemed to presume we had dined there before and gave me the impression that they had never eaten in a restaurant themselves and had had no training.

We booked a time and the table was ready as promised.
The place is clean and staff very professional and welcoming.
Meal was very good value and tasty.
We had a group booking of 9
All the meals were on time except for the vegetarian dish which they came up with the wrong dish.unfortunately the person had to wait 20 mins while everyone else was eating.
Apparently the staff stated it eas due to a system change.
    Overall everyone else was happy.

No complaints really other than the music was not to our taste. We are an older couple and it was like being in a disco, and was way too loud. Yorkshire puddings were sad and flat and looked like they'd been out for ages. The beef was beautiful, so tender and tasty.

Very very poor. The greeting & seating was good but everything thereafter wasn't. The place felt unclean. There was an unpleasant odour & the food was Luke warm, bland & tasteless. We won't be returning.
