I thought on this occasion that the vegetables weren't very nice especially the Brussels which were slimy, the cauliflower was very hard and unbeatable. The turkey and gammon were very tasty and tender. The parsnips were a bit too soft but tasty. The potatotoes mash and roast were very nice.
The waitresses were very pleasant. The experience on the whole was ok probably 5 out of 10.

We were first in the queue to be seated but it took over 10 minutes for a staff member to come and see to us.Had the carvery which was lovely only for the dessert to be more enough chucked on the table with it over spilling.A soup spoon for dessert don't think so.

We were show to our table immediately on arrival. Our order was taken immediately. Although the restaurant was very busy( Sunday lunchtime) the Carvery service was efficient. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Overall a very satisfactory experience

One of our party dropped some food on the chair the chair was not fit to sit on she just wiped the chair with some paper and when asked if another chair was available she said I doubt it but on insisting one was found
The bill arrived halfway through our meal
No attempt was made to offer the dessert menu
No offer of tea or coffee
And worst of all asked to leave before we had finished our drinks as the table was required for another booking when there were plenty of other empty tables near by
