as we stood waiting before us, was a male. It was clear a altercation had happened. As he departed, the receptionist met us with a warm greeting. The pub was extremely busy, we we’re asked to get our drinks. Within this time a waitress informed our table was ready. Part of our party was a 14 month baby. A high chair was waiting for her. All the staff where most helpful and polite. Collection of the Carvery was quick with having extremely positive staff. However, there was missing food, along with over dry food underneath the hot lamps. Once we’d collected the food a second chef appeared with feashly cooked food. the gravey had a large amount of clumps inside. Unfortunately, it appeared there was not enough staff. This didn’t deter duty to their jobs. It would advantageous to emporly extra staff at busy times. Overall a average meal.
