We frequently dine here, today was a little disappointing the pork was overdone and dry.
We have always enjoyed our meals in Amesbury, however the Toby (new) in Trowbridge has proved very disappointing indeed! We and other family members have been there they've run out of food, tables 'sticky' not a pleasure to eat in.

Hi We are really sorry to report that we found the food quite on the colder side, we did report it and it was immediately checked and changed. Your staff were very helpful and acted very quickly. We appreciated their concerns and actions and politeness We are not in the habit of moaning about things, it was done to make sure you had no reports of any illness or food poisoning.

Horrible experience, dirty no staff and food was really disappointing

It was totally disappointing the beef was inedible with gristle and was cold. And the measly portion of turkey was also cold. The staff were very pleasant but this didn't make up for the poor quality of food. We as a family had really been looking forward to our dinner having used a Toby before in Surrey many times oh and the soda cyphon ran out!!

Excellent service, staff were lovely, food was good

The food was delicious. The only thing that let it down was that there clearly wasn't enough staff. We were forgotten about twice and it took over 2 hours from point of sitting at our table for us to finish our main course. The servers was very fast considering how many people they were serving and the food was kept very well stocked. More waiting staff are needed to make it an enjoyable eating experience.

Our favourite family restaurant, food always great, special booking arrangements met (one of our party of 6 has mobility problems, so must have round table). Desserts a bit too large, we opt for children's portions.

Lovely staff, helpful. The chef cut the meat very thin though.
The food very nicely cooked. Asked to be warmed up as not that hot.
Would go again , overall enjoyable experience.
