Family visit for Carvery which was fantastic! Food was hot & delicious. The roast lamb was exceptionally good. Staff are always run off their feet but attentive & friendly. I’ve been on a number of occasions now & I’ve never been disappointed

Waitress service for drinks and payment was prompt and efficient. Great selection of meats and vegetables. A good quantity of meat was served. However, the Yorkshire puddings were undercooked and had soggy bottoms. The roast potatoes were over cooked to the point of some even being very burnt and inedible. If the puds had been left in longer and the potatoes taken out sooner we could have given top marks.

Poor welcome, service and food

we enjoy carverys, and we go at the busiest time. the 3seat table nearest to the door was very cold and despite asking to move, the staff were clearly too busy and alternative seats were taken as they became available. weather was bitter very blustery . n.b. the toilets are not very nice and not child friendly.

We come here regularly for birthday celebrations and always enjoy it, the food is well prepared and tasty. The staff are excellent always friendly and accommodating and always look after us golden girls x
