The staff at Tim Raue restaurant in Berlin are devoted to producing creative and modern Asian cuisine and unique dishes made from carefully chosen produce. Due to his extensive knowledge, Tim Raue has therefore been chosen as chef of the year 2011 and beenq awarded with 2 Michelin Stars in 2013.
Tim Raue’s philosophy requires that each and every bit of produce is prepared to provide maximum energy for your body. Unnecessary and somewhat negative additions such as dairy produce, white sugar and gluten are not served in this Berlin restaurant. Amongst the tasty delicacies on offer from the kitchen, you will find options such as Abalone (sea snails) with ginseng and tarragon, Sichuan-pigeon with green papaya, or Diamond Label hanger (also known as skirt) beef steak with truffles and red beet. To round it all off, you are able to choose your tipple from over 750 types of wine on the extensive wine menu.

Defnitively a must go for sensorial experience. Great Fusion concept and setting. Some dishes are a bit sugary.

We were on a city tour with our marathon tour and we left them at our final stop at Checkpoint Charlie which is very close to the restaurant. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant we knew it was going to be a special experience. All the staff were extremely nice and attentive. The dishes to wake our palates were so unique and vibrant in taste. Who knew cucumber soup could be so delicious and radishes be so mild and delicious (I am not usually a fan of them). Our choices from the menu were devine and presented beautifully. The flavour combinations were subtle yet bold. It was truly one of the best dining experiences in my life! Thank you for such a memorable lunch!

Ein wunderbarer Abend. Jeder Gang eine Innovation- eine Köstlichkeit, ein Gaumenschmaus. Der Service war fachkompetent, humorvoll und zugewandt - zudem absolut aufmerksam. Es war großartig und wir kommen wieder!

Es war ein Mal mehr fantastisch, die Kompositionen sind noch klarer, noch konzentrierter, die Saucen der perfekte Genuss. Die Weinbegleitung dazu lohnt sich richtig.

Ausgefallene Speisen , mit tollen Gewürzen welche zum Teil die Geschmacksknospen sehr angenehm stimuliert. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung, sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Weinkarte, ABER: Das Essen war mir durchgehend zu überwürzt. Ich war relativ oft asiatisch-japanisch essen, deutlich dezentere Grundhote hätte mir wesentlich besser gefallen.
