Great food. In wonderful setting. Especially on a sunny, balmy evening. Our friends said that the mackerel starter was amazing. Service was fantastic. Linda’s advice and attention to detail second to none.

Food and Service Excellent. Dining area, small with glass walls, noisy table behind us which reverberated around the whole room.

Excellent food and service as for previous visits.

Suggest you add tomato juice to your bar stock - an essential alternative to alcohol if driving (with Worcester sauce, of course)!

Three of us went to Tiffin at the Pier for dinner and all came away wanting to go again. Booking on line was very easy, in fact easier than physically getting into the restaurant as, when the pier is not open, you have to find and press the call button to get a waiter to press a release catch so that you can open the tall metal gate that is preventing you getting onto the pier.
The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly and we loved the building which is a bit like a long glass box at the land end of the pier. Furnishings are simple which mean they compliment rather than distract from the building. Wooden chairs make a horrible grating sound when they are moved on the stone floor, which could be a problem when they are very busy.
I will always choose to eat fish when it is on the menu but I think it is a brave move serving only fish plus 1 or 2 veggie options. Fortunately we all wanted fish. WE all had a starter and a main and all were excellent. Fish cooked to perfection, crispy chunky chips, plump moules, spicy crab.
Not a cheap eat but, when all in the party fancy fish, this will be the place to go!

Food excellent. Lovely service, views to die for. Wine choice small, but the house Rose was lovely. Overall a great experience for a lovely family get together and I will be back again soon.
