The Tithe Barn menus change with the seasons, and utilise the freshest ingredients produced on site. Starters include Bilbury trout with crème fraîche and chilli jam, as well as game such as spiced quail with radishes and yoghurt. Hearty mains feature local favourites like the rack of Southrop lamb, ratté potatoes, rosemary, capers and anchovies, and inventive recipes like duck breast with cherries, pistachio pilafe and labne.
