The Tithe Barn at Thyme is an exquisitely renovated Medieval building. Part of Thyme, an historic Cotswold estate, guests can enjoy a menu that changes in response to the produce from Thyme's kitchen garden and farm.
Sample home-made granolas, compotes, yoghurts and butter, vienoisserie and hand-made sourdoughs, as well as locally sourced salmon, bacon & trout with garden vegetables and eggs from Thyme's own hens.
A beautiful example of historic British scenery paired with modern dining flair, Tithe Barn in Southrop is a stone's throw from the banks of the River Leach.
