An elegant Georgian townhouse is the venue for the Zetter Townhouse in Marylebone. Their in-house cocktail lounge - Seymour’s Parlour - is the perfect place to unwind with a drink in a sumptuous old world interior.

The interior is replete with candle-lit tables, a fireplace and carved furniture – all of which transport diners to the Georgian era. Seymour’s Parlour tempts guests with an array of bespoke cocktails and light bites and sharing boards of hot salt beef, steamed bao buns and smoked aubergine. Round off with smoked salt fudge or warm madeleines.

Traditional afternoon tea with a choice of fine teas and delicious finger sandwiches, pasties, freshly baked scones and cakes offers guests an indulgent treat. For breakfast, there’s choice of a full English, continental or smoked salmon with scrambled eggs.

The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone is a 3-minute walk from Marble Arch underground station.

A very pleasant afternoon tea, but nothing special. The savoury option felt a bit 'light' and although tasty, we agreed the traditional sandwich option was better value.
We were a party of eleven, which I accept is a large group but we were on two tables with half the party seated on low stools. Not ideal for a relaxed tea.

Atmosphere was nice, however it was very cramped and the seating was not comfortable. The afternoon tea took about to arrive. The cakes and scones were nice but the sandwiches were average at best. The staff were friendly but not very attentive and preoccupied by a wedding party.

It‘s a very British and traditional location, quite small but thus cozy. We had a nice place in front of the fireplace - we thought at first. But what really disturbed the atmosphere were the the arriving and leaving people. The Zetter Town House is also a hotel and the entrance is situated directly behind the table at the fireplace. That‘s why you always hear and see people leaving, waiting for each other, talking and arriving.
Besides especially elderly people should know that half of the seating was on stools, which isn‘t so comfortable.

The afternoon tea was quite delicious and nicely offered.
The waiter who welcomed us st arrival was very friendly. The waiter who served our tea made a quite shy and not very informative impression. One would have wished he had asked more often if he bring some more tea or anything else.
Besides we informed the Zetter Town House before that it was my son‘s birthday that day. We didn’t expect much but at least a candle on the table. But unfortunately there was nothing not even best wishes when I got out my own candle. What a pity! It doesn’t take much but a good service ca really change everything!

Lovely and quirky accomodations. Great service by friendly and pleasant staff. Food was very good as well (would have liked more options to choose between on the menu though). Had a great time. Very central location. Those that had the Bubbles option said the rosè was exquisite.

Not what i expected. I went there after reading a recommendation on Vogue magazine. It was my 1st time in London, I was visiting for work/related studies and my first ever tea time in London.I was expecting a great experience.
    - On the good side : you have loyal, proud to be part of your team, love their jobs, good willing employees.
    decoration, classic.
    - On the side that can/should be improve :
    proper employees training on service
proper employees training on how to interact professionally with clients
proper employees training on communication between themselves, not in front of clients (not very good interrupting client and one employee conversation and created unnecessary tension or being agressive between employees)* just when i arrived in front of me.
the most important feature of an afternoon tea is to serve to clients, tea with hot water (water was not even warm- painfully ashamed)*
    sandwichs unappealingly bland
sandwichs not flavoured at all, seemed to have been prepared the day or so before
pastries, tired and not good. none.
pastries and sandwichs looked good but not good when tasting.
    Extremely disappointed.
I hope my comments will help you to improve your service and food.
