Lunch on husband's birthday. Good table, friendly staff. Impressive menu and good wine list at reasonable prices - bit disappointed to pay £4.50 for a bottle of sparkling water! Quality and presentation of both our starters and main courses excellent- neither of us 'do' desserts.

Excellent service, food a little underwhelming. Venison was a little over cooked and expensive. The gravy had an unpleasant aftertaste and was strangely thick.

From entering the restaurant to leaving we had the best service, outstanding food and wine in a relaxed atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend The Wildebeest. Top food. Absolutely delicious. Every course was outstanding. Well done!

The Place was very nice, lovely staff, great furniture and lovely atmosphere. The menu wasn’t very clear, too many fancy words, I like plain English, I did tell the waitress that I don’t have a degree in Italian. The food was lovely, service was great, but it was a bit pricey. The price and lack of plain English would put me off a return visit
