Yes, loved it, excellent food, loved the chanterelle starter and the chocolate and cherry pudding, and lamb was lovely, if a bit of a muddle in presentation, ( set menu shoulder). Staff excellent, flexible about mixing menu du jour with a la carte, helpful with wines etc.

Warm welcome. Excellent pint. Room attractive, clean and tidy as might be expected. First class service in all respects. Food absolutely perfect. Price 'very similar to a recent meal in a sea-food chain and given the quality of theWilderbeest's offering guess where we will go next time..

Superb lunch meal. Fabulous service and the food was beautifully cooked and presented. We chose from the lunch menu which was excellent value for the quality of the meal. Highly recommended. Many thanks to the Wildebeest team.

The food was lovely and well presented however the atmosphere appears to have disappeared. It was on the point of being uncomfortably noisy and almost rowdy and not the fine dining place we remembered. Now more of a pub with good food. And the prices are not appropriate if it is not comfortable and relaxed.

Service had not improved since the last time we visited. Every drink we ordered we had to ask for twice. Cod and accompanying potato was dry. Other food served was tasty and of a good standard.
