The menu offering combines both classic and modern European cuisine as a reflection of the historic yet modern spirit of the Wellington. With live DJ and original artwork by Damien Hirst and Jonathan Wylder, the restaurant at The Wellington Restaurant merges delectable dining with a vibrant party.

The Wellington Restaurant's menu features starters like crispy ox cheeks with jalapeno mayonnaise or char grilled cauliflower with black quinoa and mains like whole lobster with baby vegetable and lobster bisque or poached and grilled chicken with celeriac puree.

A broad range of traditional and rare wines and spirits share shelf space with the most contemporary drink brands at The Wellington Restaurant bar, attended by knowledgeable and attentive barmen of old as well as mixologists of new, ever happy to offer their own inspired and daring ideas or discuss traditional options and combinations.

The food was wonderful, the drinks were great but our favourite thing about our visit was the service. Gennaro and Daniel were fantastic! So helpful and friendly! Thanks guys!

Pleasant welcome made a good first impression, restaurant was quiet and perfect for pre-theatre dining. All our choices from the 'deal' menu were delicious and advice from waiter helpful.

The food took some time to be served. The starter was small but nice, the main meal was served cold (didn’t want to send it back as we had waited so long) and the service was slow. Disappointing.

Hi it was good just a little nosy, and they rang me to change the time as they took a large booking, which meant my booking for 8 PM was but to 8 50pm thought they would have given me a a drink on the house but they didn't give any thing only to say sorry

I went here for a birthday dinner and I have to say it was exceptional. To the food and to the service that was given. Could not fault anything and would definitely recommend this place. Want to say a big thank you to the staff and especially the gentleman who kept me company while my friends were late. Compliments to the chef because the food was spectacular.

Outstanding experience, can´t recommend it enough!! We were seated next to the bar, those graffities on the walls are INSANE! So cool! Service knew what to recommend and food did not disappoint in line with the ambience. I had The Wellington Steak Tartare, probably best I´ve ever tried, and ordered the picanha, which was recommended by the chef and cannot disagree with him, so TASTY! Finished the dinner with greek yoghurt sorbet, interesting combination and beautifully presented. Also want to point out the cocktails, ordered the Scarlet cocktail and spot on!
