A good experience - attractive surroundings in a light and airy atrium. Pleasant and courteous staff. Prompt but relaxed service - just what is required when visiting an exhibition. Menus that catered for a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Food was well prepared and attractively presented. Pricing - good values particularly as the restaurant is in Central London tourist hotspot a few minutes walk from Oxford Street.

Food disappointing, cold and pretty tasteless. Service pleasant but too relaxed. Environment very good

Absolutely beautiful place. We had afternoon tea with a champagne cocktail, sublime. If you are looking for culture in a stunning environment, this is the place for you. A hidden gem.

The food was fine although a very limited menu for lunch special. The main problem was understaffing so we were slow to be seated 15minutes plus waiting in line and slow to be served. There were elderly people having to wait in line with walking sticks. Apparently a lot of people were off sick. The one waitress did a great job. Where was management and contingency planning?

Service was slow. The staff were busy and in insufficient numbers to cope with a busy restaurant.

Lovely atmosphere, busy but friendly and helpful service, enjoyable fresh food - but something should be done about the toilet facilities. Long queues, not clean. My suggestion would be to separate toilets from sinks, so people move out more quickly and onto hand washing etc, also separate male and female - I used the facilities twice and both times it was revolting. This is a lovely location and this is not reflected in this area.
