Great atmosphere, as it was Mothers Day it was super busy but staff handled this efficiently and with style and care

I wish that I had better things to say about this restaurant however it was not a good experience. The service was really awful, it took so long and items were forgotten. The food was really horrible. We ordered the rack of ribs, they tasted like they were boiled finished for a couple of minutes on the grill and the bbq sauce was on the side, no marination. My husband said they were the worst ribs ever.
Part of the challenge is that on the weekend it is a really busy bar and it feels like their are tables stuck in the middle of a noisy, packed bar so it's not a comfortable dining experience. Only go if you are not too fussy about food, cost and being able to hear the conversation of other people at your table.

Noisy, overpriced for very average food. £30 for mediocre bottle of wine and then 10% service charge applies. £18.50 seems reasonable for fillet steak but you need to pay £27.50 for a decent cut. At the cheaper end you get thin slices of tail end that is tough. Great place if you want to drink at the bar but not for a celebration meal. It was a shame as previously it would have figured in my top 3 and now I wouldn't go again.

Always love the bar and grill and always go here but the staff are always a bit slow in asking if youve got everything at the table and slow at bringing drinks. Sometimes they cant understand you. Other than that always great food and drink and atmosphere!!

Extremely busy (Mother's Day) but good service and reasonable food. Ambience somewhat diminished by overly loud "background" music.

The venue was wonderful the food was genuinely out of this world the service was what you would expect in a first class dinning establishment but the wine was over priced and the first bottle was corked and had to be returned, all in all a fabulous time and we will certainly be coming back
