Service very poor, few things not available and pretty disorganized. Food ok when it came but took ages and would have ordered more drinks if given opportunity. I ordered a starter to come as main but they did not do this so child had to wait for ne to finish then they ate alone - not the plan!

My wife and I both had a poor meal. First, after a delay in ordering our meal I was told my choice of the main meal was not available. My second choice- medallions of pork was very tough. I requested a steak knife to cut it. However our further disappointment was that both our meals were cold. The mashed potato and vegetables in both our cases were not even tepid. We are in our late 60’s and this was the first time ever that we have had to complain. A very disappointing evening due to the poor quality of both our meals.

Need to tell the customer that the handle on the saucepan with the crumble is very hot. One member of our party burnt his hand.

Had to wait 3/4 hr for our starters. When the main meal arrived which also tool along time, two of our party commented that part of their meal was inedible one described as it thin plastic.Having said that nice location. Maybe it’s to busy to. cope on a Sunday if you don’t choose the Sunday lunch. No sparkling water available.
