Holder of a Michelin Bib Gourmand, The St Tudy Inn is a cosy Cornish pub celebrating the best seasonal produce from the surrounding areas. Simple rustic cuisine, real ales and fine wines are served in a charming setting, complete with an open fire and elegant décor.

The St Tudy Inn menu evolves with the seasons but may include the likes of 8oz sirloin with rustic chips and tarragon butter, pork belly with mash and red wine sauce, or line-caught mackerel with honey and spinach. Amongst the tempting desserts, sample fig and almond tart with clotted cream, or the rich chocolate tart with pouring cream.

Sunday lunch at The St Tudy Inn pub comes packed with meat and all the trimmings, as well as offering alternatives such as butternut squash risotto with truffle oil or ale-battered haddock with hand-cut chips. From the bar comes a range of local ales, world wines and classic cocktails.

Went for lunch on Sunday 24 Nov 2019 - Overall the food was excellent. My fish was perfectly cooked and flavour of the bass wasn't overpowered by the rest of the dish. I had a plum crumble & custard for dessert which was fantastic! The décor and layout of the pub was to a very high standard - calming and stylish, with plenty of room in the restaurant, without being crammed together, which made for a relaxing dining experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Relatively short, but, all wonderful autumn menu. Soups are super special.. We've had jerusalam artichoke and cheshnut mushroom soups now... both rich and warming. Scallops with crisp green apples a delight and the beetroot and goats cheese also admired - and this from a family of meat eaters. The squash risotto followed and was really nice.. perhaps a touch too much salt. Fillet steaks and Sea Bass rounded it off. The wine was lovely (magnum of Chateau Civrac 2008). The service from the entire team was friendly and relaxed. It's a really nice place to spend a few hours and we can't wait to go back. The front of house team and kitchen deserve success and recognition. In all honesty I hesitate to write this, as I want to be able to return again and again without having to book weeks in advance. Good luck guys and gals ... and very well done.

We had a lovely time at St Tudy Inn. The service was fantastic and the setting was nuanced and relaxing. Our food was good, I had the chicken thighs with lentils and my fiance had the fish and chips. If anything we felt that the cod was slightly lacking in flavour and there may have been benefit to having a slightly more flavoursome fish. The chicken dish was fab. Both starters were also amazing (scallops and pickled veg with ham). Overall a really good experience.
