Excellent food and must have experience

Firstly, the appetizer plate was served sloppily.

Second, no one clean the table before the second course.

Most importantly, the waitresses appeared annoyed when my friends were talking during services. Despite my friends were very into their conversations, I think their reactions were very unprofessional and this actually ruined my whole dining experience.

To conclude, average food quality, below average services and unpleasant dining experience.

Excellent food all round, not a complaint about any of it. We especially lived the honey and sweet potato pudding. The wine selection was very good and the sommelier made perfect recommendations.

The atmosphere however was poor. It is an elegant concrete dining room with nice art but it was absolutely silent, no music at all. My friend and I enjoyed a good catch up once we had the confidence not to whisper but it took us a while to feel comfortable. Perhaps the layout could be rethought so not everyone is facing each others tables and add some quiet background music. The staff were very friendly however and served at a good pace.

Although promised a meet and greet with the chef this did not materialise. Not a big issue but just don't advertise it if it will not happen.

Excellent culinary experience- so much more than just a very good meal. Food is obviously excellent but elevated by great staff, service and presentation. Set menu very good value- we will be back!

Superb! One of our best ever dining experiences from start to finish. Impeccable attention to detail with quality products, beautifully prepared, presented and served. A mind blowing experience and the bookatable deal made this good value for money. Staff particularly went the extra mile to accommodate a kitchen viewing experience which was greatly appreciated. Absolutely fantastic. We booked the £50 lunch menu and were not disappointed. Personally, I would call it a 5 course meal, cocktail and coffee included. The staff and presentation of the food was out of this world. I have already recommended to friends to visit and enjoy the experience I did.
