My memory of the Saracen's Head will be of poor service and below average food. The roast beef was gristly. i would prefer to forget the whole thing, but will remember it when the (high) credit card statement arrives.

I’ve been to the restaurant so many times, this time the food was not up to standards

Food was good, unfortunately we had a waitress that was pestering us during our meals asking us to complete a feedback form there and then, because she needed good feedback!! Had to complain to the manager. Apart from that all good.

Very consistently good food and service and nice outdoor eating as well.

Food was nice, misunderstanding over when to serve the starter was frustrating but we were offered compensation so no complaints Ver noisy environment even though we were a corner table.
