With London's iconic skyline as a backdrop, The Rooftop St James is one of the city's finest rooftop bars, offering visitors breathtaking views, luxurious style, and a menu of creative cocktails and international light bites.
The Rooftop St James menu is fronted by a celebrated cocktail list, expertly crafted by some of London's top mixologists, and taking inspiration from the city itself. Try the Soho Sunset made with bathtub Gin and Taittinger Champagne, or the Lords, Ladies and Commoners with pistachio-infused vodka. There is also a vast spirit menu, featuring single malt whiskies and premier tequilas, as well as spirits from small London producers.
To complement the eclectic drinks, The Rooftop St James in Trafalgar Square serves inventive Asian small plates. Seared beef tataki is matched with truffle, sweet daikon and shisho, while steamed buns come filled with pulled pork belly and shiitake mushrooms. From the grill there are lamb cutlets and black cod, while the dessert menu finishes things off with caramel miso ice cream, and yuzu and lime meringue tart.
Offering stunning views of Nelson's Column, The Rooftop St James is a luxurious restaurant in London that is just 2 minutes' walk from Charing Cross Tube Station.

We were so veeeery lucky that Saturday was such a beautiful day
The table we got gave us the best view ever! At the corner so we could see Westminster and a bit of the North side.
Food was good, service was friendly but not very efficient
I was with friends from the States who’d come over for the Seahawks game and there was another big group of Americans (Raiders fan ewww) so I think the waitress was a bit overwhelmed and forgot ½ of our order
We kindly reminded her of her oversight and she obliged but by the time the food came we barely touched it, coz it was time for us to leave. That was as shame… We also had to remind her to get the check a couple times.
Apart from that, it was a good experience that I wouldn’t mind repeating

FABULOUS views and prices to match, but worth it for the amazing photos! We've been many times. The apetizers are so excellent. The tempura broccilli is to die for; so light, so yummy. An old fashioned cocktails keep the chill away. Blankets are a nice touch

I was surprised by the limited menu and value for money did not seem to compare to the main restaurant.
