The idea is different and very enjoyable with how the food arrives. My children really enjoyed this. However 3 out of 4 of us had eaten by the time my sons food had arrived also I was missing two items from my order which turned up just after we had pudding. The food itself was ok not really worth the cost but I suppose in places like this you pay for location and gimmick as much as the food itself. Drinks were very expensive £2.50 for a kids juice!!

I have 7 allergies and the chef came and spoke to me personally about them and explained what was safe and then prepared it himself. Amazing service.

The restaurant is a very unique experience and fun For the family staff are extremely friendly and are very helpful the the food is okay but nowhere near the standard of how much it cost

Staff helpful but on both occasions I had finished my meal over 15 minutes before the other one had come told staff they said unfortunately that’s the way the restaurant is but I don’t think that is good enough as also had a 1 year old with me and he wanted to leave first time I went on the Saturday bi had to walk out and leave my other half eating alone

Huge portions and great experience was expensive but worth it for a special occasion. We could have shared the beast it was enormous! Plus the service team were brilliant with my little girl for her 7th birthday meal

Meals were really nice but quite expensive. Wish they were a little cheaper and we would visit more often

Great service and fabulous interior. The menu was very like a diner which is fine. Our Quorn chicken nuggets and veggie burger were overcooked but the chips and sides were nice. The till person reduced our bill and took feedback as it was a very new menu - I thought that was fair.

The idea of the rollercoaster and the ambience is excellent. It’s definitely one for the kids but sadly for the paying adults, it’s a nightmare. Staff were great, service was quick but the food is the worst I’ve ever experienced and I lived off street food all over the world for years. The price is basically extortion, you’re on site so let’s rinse the clientele who already squandered £340 on a room. Every dish was missing sides, what did arrive was over cooked and hard, tasteless and not for human consumption. Ribs were basically bones, not a single mouthful of meat. The Beast, well that is another culinary wonder, absolutely gross and the first time in my adult life I did not eat a burger. I’ve never left a review like this, but the food combined with the extortionate price made our weekend, regrettable.

1st timers, had to ask for plates and cutlery, 1 meal didn't come out until the other 4 had nearly finished. My meal did t stay warm very long. There for the novelty factor,
