With chefs given the opportunity to train at cookery schools in Spain and Italy, The Red Lion menu features modern signature recipes made using the finest available ingredients. Drink was wrong to start with, my Mothers dinner came with mash but she'd ordered chips, bill was wrong, I was charged for 3 drinks, I had 1, plus charged for a pudding and coffee, where as I had the mini pudding and coffee option, hence again charged wrong, however I was given an apology not that I'd complained. The manager came over to apologise for the few errors, our waitress was new. Food was excellent.

We sat outside. A pleasant pub but the surprisingly busy road is a bit near. Nice building and friendly people. They immediately asked if our dog would like a bowl of water - always a win. The food was good - well-presented if slightly slow to come, but we weren't in a rush. Rather London prices, but that's to be expected in the area. The restaurant inside is large and presumably popular in the evening.

It was a nice lunch meeting up with friends. Meals had was excellent value and presentation and delicious. Salmon and sea bass. We sat outside in the warm sunshine: waiter was quiet not very chatty like the other red loin in Iver, which is normally my usual venue

Nice atmosphere, very good menu with interesting ingredient combinations, all dishes tried rated 'excellent', love the 'hot drink and mini dessert' option. More parking space would be helpful.
